Truth Youth currently boasts a network of 1,203 Young Adults aged 17-24 years old, alongside a volunteer count of almost 100 professionals, working in tandem

What is Sea Moss?

Yes yes, we have all heard Sea Moss has 92 Minerals out of the 102… but what else?

Commonly known by 2 scientific names - Chondrus Crispus & Genus Gracilaria - Sea Moss is a type of red algae / seaweed, which can provide your body with Vitamins A, E, F, and K, calcium, potassium, and sulfur. Sea Moss is also a natural occurring source of iodine & Iron, which is essential for healthy thyroid function, and can be difficult to include in a vegetarian / vegan diet!
