Bi-Weekly Shipping

Our aim is to ship orders on the 30th & 13th of every month, so that you receive your products next day for orders placed before 6pm (excluding weekends shipping is mon-Friday only). If you have not received your shipping confirmation within 48hours of placing your order, please contact us.

Free Shipping

We have free shipping available for orders over £50.
Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order. Please let us know about any errors immediately, whilst we will do our best to change details of the shipping address, once an order has been posted we are unable to make any amendments.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive notification of this via email. Royal Mail usually delivers orders within 1-2 working days and DPD the next following day. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 3 days please contact us.

Royal Mail & DPD

No need to worry about shipping cost as we offer a zero % shipping fee. Our products are dispatched by Royal Mail and DPD (DPD provides a 1hr delivery window) providing a fully tracked fast delivery service.

Please ensure someone is able to receive your order. We do not recommend for you to change your delivery status (deliver to neighbor/change delivery date) once your item has been shipped, as we cannot guarantee that our couriers will action your request and we may not take responsibility or issue refunds for any missed deliveries. If you do miss your delivery please make sure you collect your order ASAP from the post office as the gel keeps a better consistency once it’s refrigerated.
